Shiny shadow encounters are not available through Giovanni's Super Rocket Radar.
Tip: While Giovanni's encounters all have a 6/6/6 IV floor, the current weather can affect the encounter level. During Sunny/Clear weather conditions, Shadow Groudon's level will be 13 as Ground types are boosted. All other weather conditions will give an encounter level of 8.
Therefore, Shadow Groudon will have the following CP ranges:
