Shiny shadow encounters are not available through Giovanni's Super Rocket Radar.
Tip: While Giovanni's encounters all have a 6/6/6 IV floor, the current weather can affect the encounter level. During Snow or Sunny/Clear weather conditions, Shadow Heatran's level will be 13 as Fire/Steel types are boosted. All other weather conditions will give an encounter level of 8.
Therefore, Shadow Heatran will have the following CP ranges:
